DABBING ART

An art exhibition titled "A New World – See through the Art of Dabbing" by Symbols House of Natural Art will be held at the Indian Cultural Centre of the High Com­m­ission of India until March 20. The exhibition features 12 artists from Malaysia and India. Opening hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 7pm. ART EXHIBITIONS

G13 Gallery is hosting two solo exhibitions by local veteran painter Hamdan Sharaani and Indonesian artist Kenyem at GL13, ground floor, Block B, Kelana Square, Jalan SS7/26, Kelana Jaya from now till March 31. The thematic approach for these two exhibitions, titled "Hamdan & Kenyem Solo Shows – Interlinked by Common Love for Mother Nature" aims at creating awareness and appreciation for our natural environment. INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY TALK

NATIONAL CRAFT DAY

RAPTOR WATCH

Raptor Watch is back for the 14th year running. The Malaysian Nature Society (MNS) will be celebrating the return of migratory birds of prey today and tomorrow at PNB Ilham Resort, 10th Mile, Port Dickson. For the first time, the Tanjung Tuan lighthouse will be open to members of the public to view the raptors fly by at eye level. ROAD CLOSURE

Besraya (M) Sdn Bhd will be temporarily closing Jalan Pandan 1 heading towards the MRR2 and Maluri/Jalan Shamelin to facilitate works for the BR8 bridge beams connection project on the Sungai Besi Highway from March 11 to 15. The closure is expected to take place from midnight until 5am. Motorists from the MRR2 heading to Taman Shamelin Perkasa are advised to use Jalan Pandan 2 and Jalan Pandan 3 towards Persiaran Pandan 1 while those from Maluri or Shamelin Perkasa should use Jalan Pandan 3 and connect to the MRR2 via Jalan Pandan 1.
